He's Just a big baby!
This large and prominent artwork by Richard "Pops" Baker & Chile One entitled "Unfinished Infancy" is located on the side of the Sampan House restaurant which itself is nestled at the base of the Pacific Tower, Christchurch's tallest building. (located on the corner of Manchester and Gloucester streets)
The mural was painted over top of an earlier post-quake era work by the same artist parts of which can be seen in the below images. For many months it remained partially completed but then in late 2024 it was finally done in a burst of activity.
